CONFERENCE LOCATION and PARTICIPATING HOTELS

 

 

This year offers an exciting change in location and venue for our 13th  Carolinas Conference on Addiction and Recovery.  After years in the Chapel Hill/Research Triangle area of the state the 2011 conference will be held in Morganton, NC , a beautiful small town in Burke County—gateway to the Blue Ridge and Great Smoky Mountains.  For more about this area and things to do go to:  www.discoverburkecounty.com and www.ci.morganton.nc.us

 

Rather than having every event in one location, as in past years, our main conference events will be held at First United Methodist Church (200 N. King Street) in the heart of downtown Morganton.  Lunches and snacks will be provided every day of the conference.  On Thursday, November 10, the City of Morganton will host a reception for us at City Hall, just a short walk from the church.
