Increase the abilities of program participants to positively affect their patient's lives in an effective way.

Renew the passion and commitment of providers,

Utilize their leadership skills to share their new knowledge with their home communities, thereby reaching a larger audience,

Create a network of Fellows who share a greater awareness of the issues and problems facing the state in the field of addictions, and

Foster an environment where these Fellows can continue to learn from and support each other.
